Smoked Atlantic salmon

These products are handcrafted from the family business in Sykkylven, and are produced for the high end market. Only local and natural ingredients, and the use of old local recipes given the products a one of a kind taste. Every product is processed by hand and without additives. We are respecting the time it takes to give the salmon the right taste and texture, therefor there are no mass production. 

We can offer smoked salmon with the taste of juniper, with spices and cognac marinated graved salmon. 

Product infoSliced portions (0,5 kg+), whole or half sides (0,9-1,4 kg). We can of course meet any demand the customer might have.

The brand “Frøysagarden” is selected by the Norwegian government, to be one of few companies which will promote Norwegian food in Germany January 2023. International Grüne Woche (IGW) is the most important and largest exhibition in Europe. IGW is the origin of the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA). This is where over 70 international ministries and food producers meet. With 400 000 visitors, 1880 exhibitors and 72 countries attending, the company is humbled and proud to participate and promote the best from Norway.
